Joseph Philip was brought to the attention of his supervisor by the
FEMA station manager, Betty Jo Nichols in Parkersburg, Iowa.

The FEMA Station manager, relayed that Joseph Philip went well above and beyond
his normal job duties when he went out of his way to help customers
and to help other agencies all while taking disaster
unemployment claims after the tornado there.
